1. Appointments & Cancellations

Customers can book appointments online, by phone, or in person.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

No-shows may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

3. Payment & Refunds

Deposits, if required, are non-refundable.

Refunds for unsatisfactory services are considered on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of management.

If you have any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities, please inform your barber before your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying signs of illness or disruptive behavior.

Kadz Kuts is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the use of hair products or services.

Customers agree that they are receiving services at their own risk and will not hold Kadz Kuts liable for any injury or dissatisfaction.
6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, or failure to comply with our policies.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
